Refund Policy

Bellah Roze Brand & Wealth Studio · Effective date: January 1, 2026

Plain English: we sell digital products and digital services, and digital things cannot be returned. All sales are final and non-refundable.

All sales are final. No refunds. Every product we sell — guides, classes, courses, software subscriptions, 1-on-1 calls and mentorship programs — is a digital product or digital service. Once it is delivered or the time is booked, it cannot be returned, so we do not issue refunds, partial refunds or pro-rated credits.

Why there are no refunds

Digital goods and digital services are delivered instantly and cannot be given back. When you buy, you get immediate access to the material, the software, or the calendar time. Please read the description of any offer carefully before you purchase, and email us first if you are unsure whether it is right for you — we would rather answer your questions than take money for the wrong thing.

Digital products, guides, classes and courses

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • Access is granted immediately after payment.
  • Paid class tickets are non-refundable, but you may transfer your seat to a future date if you tell us before the class begins.

Software subscriptions (Zenyx — CEO Identity GPS)

  • Subscriptions bill monthly and renew until you cancel.
  • You can cancel any time from inside your account; cancelling stops the next charge.
  • Fees already paid are non-refundable and are not pro-rated. You keep access through the end of the period you paid for.
  • AI credits reset each billing period, do not roll over and have no cash value.

1-on-1 calls and strategy sessions

  • Session fees are non-refundable.
  • You may reschedule once at no cost with at least 24 hours notice.
  • No-shows and cancellations inside 24 hours forfeit the session fee.
  • If we have to reschedule on our side, you will be given a new time.

Mentorship and high-ticket programs

  • Digital Assets Authority enrollments are non-refundable commitments to a coaching container.
  • Payment plans must be completed in full; missed payments may pause access until the balance is current.

Billing errors

The only exception is a billing mistake. If you were charged twice, charged an incorrect amount, or never received the access you paid for, email us within 7 days and we will fix the access or return the incorrect charge.

Hair care products

Physical products from Bellah Roze Hair Care are handled under the store policy at bellahroze.com. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Chargebacks

Please email us first — most issues are solved in a day. Filing a chargeback on a delivered digital product or service may result in loss of access to programs and software.
