1. SMS text messaging program terms

Description of the SMS program and messaging use cases

Bellah Roze Brand & Wealth Studio sends text messages to customers and subscribers who have booked a call, registered for an event, purchased a program, or requested information through our website at queenaariah.com or one of our forms, and who explicitly opted in to receive SMS. Opt-in is collected on web forms with a dedicated, unchecked SMS consent checkbox. Messages include booking and appointment confirmations, appointment and event reminders, rescheduling updates, program and account updates, customer support replies, and promotional messages where you consented to receive them.

Message frequency and message/data rates

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our business. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you and from you. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase.

Instructions to opt out — text STOP

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. We will send one confirmation text, and then you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again. To rejoin, submit a new opt-in through one of our forms.

Carrier liability disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

Supported mobile carriers

Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint and most regional carriers.

2. General terms

This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Bellah Roze Brand & Wealth Studio (“we” or “us”). By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that apply to specific products or services. Accessing the Site in any manner, automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to these terms.

We may change these terms from time to time and will post the revised version here. By continuing to use the Site after we post changes, you accept the modified terms.

3. Intellectual property

Our limited license to you

The Site and all materials on it are the property of Bellah Roze Brand & Wealth Studio and/or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. The Site is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Unless we authorize it in writing, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works from, exploit or distribute any material from the Site. You may download or print single pages for personal, non-commercial use as long as you keep all proprietary notices intact.

Your license to us

By posting or submitting material to us (comments, testimonials, photos, videos, posts) you represent that you own it or have permission to share it, and you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, transmit, distribute and publicly display that material.

4. Programs, coaching and software

• Digital products, courses and downloads are licensed to you for personal use and may not be resold or redistributed.
• Coaching, mentorship and 1-on-1 calls are educational services. Sessions are scheduled by appointment; no-shows and late cancellations may forfeit the session.
• Software subscriptions (Zenyx — CEO Identity GPS) renew monthly until you cancel and can be cancelled at any time from your account.
• AI credits included with a subscription reset each billing period and do not roll over.

5. Disclaimers

The Site may link to sites maintained by third parties. Linking does not imply endorsement. Information, products and services offered on or through the Site are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We make no income claims. See our earnings disclaimer. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bellah Roze Brand & Wealth Studio, its affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising out of your breach of these terms.

6. Online commerce

Some sections of the Site let you buy products and services through third-party checkout providers. Your dealings with those providers are between you and them, and we are not responsible for their platforms. Payment information you submit at checkout may be collected by both the merchant of record and us.

7. Accounts and passwords

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, email dannii@digitalsuccesscodez.com immediately.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site without notice if we determine you have violated these terms or engaged in unlawful or inappropriate conduct. On termination you must stop using the Site and any content obtained from it.

9. Governing law

Bellah Roze Brand & Wealth Studio is registered in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration seated in Pennsylvania.
