SMS Terms & Consent

Short version: we only text you if you asked us to, you can stop any time by replying STOP, and we never share your number with anyone for their marketing.

What the program is

Bellah Roze Brand & Wealth Studio teaches people how to turn their lived experience into a digital product and sell it — through free guides, live classes, the Zenyx CEO Identity GPS software, 1-on-1 calls, and the Digital Assets Authority mentorship. Our SMS program is how we confirm your bookings and registrations, remind you before calls and live events, answer support questions, and (only with your consent) tell you when something new opens.

How you opt in

  • You enter your mobile number on one of our web forms (contact, booking, event registration, or checkout) and check the SMS consent box. The box is never pre-checked.
  • We store a timestamped record of every opt-in.
  • Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
  • You must be 18 or older.

Messages you can expect

  • Transactional: booking and call confirmations, appointment and live-event reminders, rescheduling notices, order and account updates, support replies.
  • Promotional (consent only): new class or event announcements, enrollment openings, occasional offers.

Frequency, rates and carriers

  • Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our business.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider about your plan.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Works with AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint and most regional carriers.

Stopping messages and getting help

  • Reply "STOP" to any message to unsubscribe. You will get one confirmation, then no further messages unless you opt in again.
  • Reply "HELP" for assistance, email dannii@digitalsuccesscodez.com or call (980) 382-0611 (Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm ET).
No sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with subcontractors that support our service, such as customer service and our SMS provider, is permitted only to deliver the messages you asked for. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Promotional: “Bellah Roze: Hi [First Name], the Built From Nothing Experience is almost here! Save the date and prepare to turn what you know into something you can build and monetize. Learn more: [Link]. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.”

Transactional: “Bellah Roze: Hi [First Name], your registration for the Built From Nothing Experience is confirmed. The experience begins [Date] at [Time]. Join here: [Link]. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.”
